To start the year off, we’ve gotten a new Facebook page. So if that’s your thing, feel free to head on over!
This blog is still my primary focus to talk it all out, update on what’s going on and to post about our projects, but I think the Facebook page will allow us to access more people and connect with more friends (new and established alike).
I will likely also use it to link to articles or recipes I find interesting.

An update coming soon as I try to learn how to palpate my does! Yes, that’s does with an “s.” A picture of our new bunnies will come with that post too.
I have liked your facebook page, perhaps you will like ours also

thanks Kathy
I just palpated yesterday and took pictures to help people out if you would like me to send you that post. 🙂 It gives you complete “directions”. 🙂
Oh I would certainly love it! I’ve read all sorts of directions but when I tried the other day I kept thinking, “Man, she has a lot of SKIN!”
I will be trying again today (day #12!)

Yesterday was Day 14 for mine, I haven’t been able to do it earlier than that. I was so happy that I actually felt them in there, seeing that I haven’t before trying earlier! If you have any questions feel free to ask, I will certainly try my best to help you. 🙂 Good Luck! I can’t wait to see how it goes. 😉
They do feel really flabby, you just have to squish around and close your eyes. If you don’t close your eyes, it’s really hard to notice anything. They “blobs” don’t feel like grapes or anything really noticeable, they just feel “there enough” for you to hardly hardly feel them.
So the “flab” I kept thinking–not just me? I will take a look and try over the next few days. Thank you!
Either way, until I get the hang of it, I will be waking out the full term before trying to re-breed.
Oh, and congrats on getting it down for yourself 🙂
I would only worry about the flab if they are actually really fat, because that can cause trouble when you are trying to get them pregnant.
Yep, I always wait at least until their due date to rebreed, because you can NEVER be completely sure my palpating!
Thanks! I hope you can figure it out too. 🙂
Sorry I took so long to reply, I thought I already did to this comment! LOL
